Dennis Kelly, President
Thirty years experience on Executive Board and as an officer of the union. Active Union leader at site -- Denman, Washington, McAteer, Alamo Park (now Ida B.Wells), and Lowell. Building Rep, Site Council, Faculty Council. Active with all UESF affiliates: Labor Council committee chair; AFT Program and Policy Council; CTA State Council member; NEA-RA delegate; CFT parliamentarian; CTA political chair; CFT Parliamentarian. English teacher since 1969: Department Head at McAteer and Lowell.

Linda Plack, Vice President
On UESF's Executive Board since 1996. Experience on Negotiating Team. Founding and active member of UESF's Counselors Committee. Serves on UESF's annual Pre-retirement Planning Conference Committee. Has served as elected delegate to both NEA and CFT conventions. At Washington High School since 1983 as social studies teacher, counselor and dean. Presently ninth grade counselor, elected Building Representative, Chair of UBC, and member of School Site Council. Member of Lincoln-GWHS School Size Committee. Taught at Aptos and Francisco Middle Schools and as a substitute teacher.

Bradley Reeves, Vice President - Paraprofessionals
Special Education paraprofessional, on UBC, Site Council and Hiring Committee at Ida B. Wells Continuation High School. Has worked with Severely Emotionally Disturbed SFUSD students for six years, as mentor and tutor for R.I.S.E. Institute and 1-on-1 at Edgewood Center for Children and Families, and in classrooms across the district. Currently Site Manager for Young African-American Achievers' Program and male self-defense instructor for BAMM.
Sandra Mack, Vice President - Substitutes
Retired Spanish teacher, now a Substitute Teacher. Has served as Building Rep, Picket Captain, Labor Council Delegate, Chair of the Minority Committee of San Francisco Federation of Teachers, Vice President, SFFT, Vice President of California Federation of Teachers, WASC Commissioner. Has been a member of UBC, School Site Council, Negotiating Team, Foreign Language Standards Development Committee of National Board for Professional Teaching Standards, Community Review Committee for California Golden State Examination, WASC Accreditation Teams. Co-author SFUSD Spanish Curriculum Guides. Presenter or organizer of a variety of workshops and seminars.
Susan Solomon, Secretary
UESF field representative for all high schools and some elementary schools, May 2006-present; Teacher at John Swett Alternative Elementary School, 1999-2006; Building rep at John Swett Alternative Elementary School, 2001-2006; Executive Board member, elementary division representative, 2001-2003; UESF Secretary, 2003-present; San Francisco Labor Council delegate, 2003-present; CFT convention delegate, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006; AFT convention delegate, 2006; NEA/RA delegate, 2005, 2006; Member of the UESF bargaining team since 2002; Elementary Committee chair, 2003-2006; Social Activities Committee chair, 2003-present; Grievance Committee member, 2003-present.
Elaine Merriweather, Treasurer
Three years on UESF's Executive Board; Building rep for ten years, Area Representative for the past two years, representing 18 schools. Four years on CTA State Council. Chair of the CFT Early Childhood Committee. Chair of the UESF Ethnic Leadership Awareness Committee (ELAC). Caucus treasurer for NEA and CTA. Secretary of CTA Golden Gate Service Center Council.
Roberto Michel, Sergeant-at-Arms
Incumbent Sergeant-At-Arms; have served on Executive Board since 1992 as Bilingual Para-at-large; Site Building Para Rep/UBC Para member, CTA California ESP Director, CTA State Council Rep; Woodside Learning Center (Court school for detained youth) 1996-Present; Phoenix High (County School) 1995-1996; McAteer High 1991-1995.
